General Information about Smart Products

Do I require Information Technology (IT) staff to install and use the Smart products?
No. You do not require IT staff to set up and use the Smart products. The software takes a minute to install (if you have a PC) with its automated CD. The Smart products arrive pre-loaded with everything you require and are ready to use by your patrons once you've received them.

How much training do I need to use Smart products?
5 minutes.

How often do I charge the units?
The Smart Bill Folder, Feedback Stand and Counter Kiosk can last for days with one full charge. It is recommended that restaurants charge the units at the end of the night (once a day.) It’s as simple as charging your cell phone.

How do I clean the units?
The units can be wiped clean with a dry cloth. Please do not use any chemical cleansers, as this will mark the finish.

Can I order different colours?
Currently there is a black metal or nickel finish that can be placed over the survey system in the units. Please contact our sales office for more information about custom orders.

Smart Bill Folder
 

What is the infiniq™ Smart Bill Folder?
The Smart Bill Folder resembles a bill folder that restaurant patrons receive at the end of their meal. It is a smart looking folder that contains an electronic survey that instantly collects feedback on restaurant operations (how the patrons felt about your service, staff, food, environment, cleanliness), demographic data (about who they are, where they were, where they are going and where they live), future indicators (if they will return/recommend you to their friends) and contact information. The data is readily viewed online to be sliced and analysed through robust reports.

How many Smart Bill Folders do I need for my establishment?
Smart Bill Folder clients report that more than 80% of patrons use the device. (That is, more than 80 people chose to provide feedback during the 100 times when the staff handed out the Smart Bill Folder.) Due to this high response rate, your establishment can start with five units to easily collect accurate feedback of a sufficient number.

Smart Counter Kiosk

What is the infiniq™ Smart Counter Kiosk?
infiniq™ Smart Counter Kiosk is a compact electronic feedback system designed to sit on a side table or counter. It’s small design sits easily on current fixtures without taking up valuable counter space. Signage can be placed in front or around the box-like Smart Counter Kiosk to entice patrons to use the device.

How many Smart Counter Kiosks do I need for my establishment?
Depending on the size of your establishment, one or two devices may be all that is required in your business. Examples of use include: placed on a coffee shop side counter; on a restaurant’s bar; by the entrance in a retail establishment; etc.

Smart Feedback Stand

What is the infiniq™ Smart Feedback Stand?
infiniq’s™ Smart Feedback Stand is a free standing electronic feedback system that can be placed anywhere within your business area. The adjustable height and survey platform allow you to modify the stand to your business requirements, without using valuable counter space. Signage can be placed on the survey platform to entice patrons to use the device or welcome patrons to your establishment.

How many Smart Feedback Stand do I need for my establishment?
Depending on the size of your establishment, one or two devices may be all that is required in your business. Examples of use include: placed in a hotel lobby; in a restaurant’s bar area; by the entrance in a retail establishment; etc.

Terms and Conditions

Is there a long-term contract to sign?
No. Use of infiniq’s™ Smart products is a monthly service and you can cancel at any time and pay only up to that month.

What happens if a rental folder gets damaged through regular business operations?
If the damage is due to normal usage, infiniq™ will deliver a new unit to your establishment the next business day. Shipping charges apply.

What happens if a rental folder is missing/stolen?
Missing/stolen units are rare. There is a 'Police traceable' warning label on the Smart Bill Folder as a deterrent feature. In the event of a missing/stolen unit, the cost of the replacement unit will be charged to you.

Upload and Reports

When can I upload the survey responses?
infiniq’s™ Smart products can hold thousands of responses. You can upload the responses at anytime to the infiniq™ server. We recommend that you upload the data on a in regular intervals (i.e., nightly.) Push a button on the Smart Bill Folder and the results will be sent online through your computer or infiniq’s™ modem device.

Where can I view the reports?
Reports can be viewed online 24/7 or you can receive them through email. (The reports are sent to you on a regular basis, per your requirements - weekly, monthly or quarterly.)

How many times can I view the online reports?
You can view your online reports 24/7, as many times as required.
